Crochet Art by Sonali is an individual/proprietorship business based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, selling handmade crochet products.
Products
- All products are handmade. Since each item is crafted by hand, minor variations in size, color, and pattern from product photos are normal and not considered defects.
- Product photos are as accurate as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen display differences.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
- Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped via Shiprocket courier partners.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your pincode and are estimates, not guarantees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Workshops
Workshop bookings (in-person or online) are confirmed only after payment. Workshop details (date, venue/Zoom link) are shared directly by us after booking.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
