Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been shipped, by contacting us at sonabane@gmail.com or 9892792114.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
- Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- We accept returns/replacements only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
Workshops
Workshop fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled date, but may be transferable to a future session subject to availability.
